New Enterprise Studios is a collaboration of filmmakers, videographers, and content creators nestled in the heart of the North East of England. Originally created by Wayne Thompson (until ill health forced him to step away), Henry Thompson and Wayne Madden took it on and the studio stands as a beacon of creativity, a social haven, and an inspirational hub for aspiring talents.

At the core of our mission is accessibility – we believe that everyone, from local businesses to students and indie filmmakers, should have the opportunity to bring their creative visions to life. The team noticed a void in the local market, where existing services fell short or proved over priced. The clear goal was to make creativity financially accessible for everyone and to make the studio a space that caters to the needs of the North East community, providing unparalleled support for independent filmmakers, students, local businesses and the thriving inner city music scenes as well as encouraging and empowering every day people to hear their own creative voices.

With New Enterprise Studios, we put opportunities at the forefront of everything we do. Our studio space is not only affordable but also acts as a haven for filming, photography, and audio recording. We offer a comprehensive suite of filmmaking services, including consultation, editing, color grading, scoring, mixing, and more, all available through monthly installments.
